High-performance anti-static potting silicone

Silicone Uses:

Mainly used for pad printing on optical lenses, curved glass, electronic products, dust-free products, plastic toys, electroplated products, electronic toys, communication equipment, craft gifts and stationery, trademarks/LOGOS, barcodes, QR codes, and other irregular patterns;

Working Principle:

The silicone pad transfers the pattern (ink) from the steel plate onto the desired product, achieving rapid pad printing results.

Ordinary pad printing silicone pads typically last for about 15-300 prints, with suboptimal ink pickup/release and poor elasticity, leading to easy wear and increased costs for enterprises. In response, our company has developed a pad printing paste specifically for products like 3D glass and optical lenses. This pad printing paste is a 9:1 addition-cure silicone, available in adjustable colors such as red, white, green, blue, etc. It features excellent tear resistance and wear resistance, with actual machine testing showing it can achieve over 5,000 prints (specific results depend on the production process).
